Fayette County

Fayette County is located about 25 minutes south of Hartsfield International Airport, just off of exit 61 on Interstate 85.
Fayetteville was named the county seat in 1823, and the present-day courthouse in the town square was built in 1825. It is the oldest courthouse in Georgia!
There are five incorporated cities in Fayette County: Fayetteville, Peachtree City, Tyrone, Brooks and Woolsey.
